Cooking cream is a milk product that obtains from 12% pasteurized and homogenized cream standardization fat. The product has a milky white to delicate creamy color with a pleasant creamy taste.
Whipping cream is a dairy product which is obtained by pasteurizing the cream, adjusted to a fat min. 30.0% with stabilizer added.
Well cooled cream is suitable for large whipped cream.
